Andros is a sparsely populated island just 2 hours from Athens with frequent ferry services daily. It has a long coastline and many secluded beaches. It also has a Health Center and a private microbiology center with a certified laboratory for the Covid-19 test.

These villas are located outside in the urban landscape but only 3 km from the port. Each unit features private parking with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, private pool and garden with BBQ.

We offer automated check in process and supply delivery services in basic goods so you do not come in contact with people in these days. Delivery service is upon request and may have typical additional charges .

These villas have been sterilized and disinfected in every detail according to the health care instructions. (diluted chlorine and products proportional to the surface, fabrics has been cleaned with a steam device and all our linens, sheets and towels are places in separate buckets per villa washed in 60 degrees. Our maids are wearing the ideal for the occasion uniform following the aforementioned procedures)

In the outdoor spaces water is present in the swimming pools and the breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. The villas are also suitable for living during the winter, when the fireplace in the living room provides the fire for cozy heat & warmth whenever needed.

Earthelements such as the stone-BBQ, the wooded shelter, the outdoor dining area & the verandas provide amenities for a definitely enjoyable stay.

The stunning panoramic sea view, spreads in the depth of horizon and provides unique images whether from inside or outside the villas and throughout daytime & nighttime.

For the construction, we combined the simplicity & comfort of the natural wood and the polished concrete with the robustness of the stone walls. The colors of stone, the wooden constructions, the Mediterranean plants, such as olive trees, lavenders and the rosemary all in harmony with nature and the Cycladic landscape.

The orientation of the villa has been designed so as to offer protection from the strong summer winds coming from north [aka meltemia].

The light is discreetly diffused in all areas and room of the villa, throughout the day, whereas the wooden pergolas provide shade when needed.

The villas support both privacy & sociability, providing open spaces (kitchens- dining rooms- everyday spaces) as well as small, independent verandas for the bedrooms.
